Sharon Huntsman is an organizational effectiveness leader and executive coach with 30 years of deep experience leading teams and driving results in mission-driven organizations.

She has coached executives and senior leaders and led enterprise transformation initiatives, leadership development, culture change, employee engagement, succession planning and executive facilitation work in complex organizations.

Sharon is an ICF-credentialed coach, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and Prosci-certified change practitioner. She directed the UC Davis Executive Leadership Program for 10 years and continues to teach and coach in the Program.
